About.
Non Profit Evolution is a consulting firm dedicated to building capacity, including leadership, board governance and organizational development, in small to mid-size non profit organizations and strategies for change in communities.
Nonprofits have dueling priorities: to meet their mission and be run as well or better than the best business. In order to do both, Boards and senior staff must set high standards to ensure excellent leadership, quality programming, financial accountability and transparency. Only the very best nonprofits are widely considered to be good stewards of the community’s resources.
Communities have choices as well. Will its leaders align their work to address an issue together, or work in competition? We believe social justice is more easily advanced when the work of community agencies are aligned.
Non Profit Evolution can work with the leadership of your organization to create a plan to raise your profile and help your organization become the organization of choice for philanthropy and Board leadership. We can also work with the leaders in your community to set a theory and a path for change.
